Southern California Start Anew Clinic

The Southern California Start Anew Clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at The Center for Healthy Communities at The California Endowment (1000 North Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 90012). Please join us at any time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM for the registration, with the program to follow from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Southern California Start Anew Clinic will be offering the following services, at no cost to attendees:

  • Credit information (Experian)

  • Education information

  • ALIGHT presentation on legal services for survivors

  • Panel with multiple NGOs

How to Get Here:

Driving Directions

  • San Fernando Valley/Hollywood: Take US 101 South; exit Broadway; left on Broadway; right on Cesar Chavez; left on Alameda; right on Bauchet St. (first stoplight). Continue to The California Endowment's parking lot.

  • Santa Monica/Westside: Take I-10 East CA 110 North; just past downtown, follow signs on right to "10 East San Bernardino/5 South Santa Ana" (US 101 South); exit Broadway; left on Broadway; right on Cesar Chavez; left on Alameda; right on Bauchet St. (first stoplight). Continue to The California Endowment's parking lot.

  • Pasadena/Northeast LA: Take CA 110 South; exit Hill Street; go straight; left on Alpine; right on Broadway; left on Cesar Chavez; left on Alameda; right on Bauchet St. (first stoplight). Continue to The California Endowment's parking lot.

  • San Gabriel Valley: Take I-10 West US 101 North; exit Alameda Street; right on Alameda; right on Bauchet St. (fifth stoplight). Continue to The California Endowment's parking lot.

  • Harbor Area/South LA: Take CA 110 North; just past downtown, follow signs on right to "10 East San Bernardino/5 South Santa Ana" (US 101 South); exit Broadway; left on Broadway; right on Cesar Chavez; left on Alameda; right on Bauchet St. (first stoplight). Continue to The California Endowment's parking lot.

Public Transportation Options

Public Transportation between LAX Airport and Union Station

  • LAX FlyAway at Union Station/Patsaouras/Gateway Transit Plaza Schedule: Shuttles operate every 30 minutes from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m., and every hour between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. Duration: 45 minutes or less.

  • From LAX Airport: FlyAway buses pick up at every terminal on the Arrival/Lower level under green "FlyAway, Buses, and Long Distance Vans" signs. More information: LAX FlyAway Bus.

  • Metro Rail lines to LAX/Union Station: Union Station to Red Line and exit at 7th Street/Metro Center. Take Blue Line and exit at Imperial/Wilmington to take Green Line. At Green Line, continue to Aviation/LAX to take LAX Free Shuttle to LAX Airport. Schedule: Every five to 10 minutes on weekdays. Duration: 45 minutes to an hour. Walking from Union Station

  • Walk out of Union Station at Alameda Street exit. Turn right on sidewalk that runs parallel to Alameda St. Walk 1½ blocks north to The California Endowment's front entrance.

Public Transportation between Burbank Airport and Union Station

  • Take any Metrolink train heading to Union Station.

  • Location: Next to Burbank Airport off of Empire Ave.

  • Schedule: Every 30 minutes or every hour.
